A bounty hunter and freelance law enforcer in the nomad community, Dan became something of a mercenary doing Land of the Free but kept his respectable profile. He married XXX and became involved with the corps, but still managed to keep himself reasonably clean.
Whit the restoration of the US government and democracy, he got elected as a republican senator. In this capacity he visited the Mars colony. His platform is law and order, general enfranchisement, and the establishment of new states; a non-terrotorial nomad state and an orbital state along the lines of the orbital soviet.
Famed for his intimidation skill, tendency to use a big revolver, and ability to soak damage. Has a very crude but effective metal skullcap (originally based on a misreading of the rules).
